Step 1: Go to the Facebook for Developers Apps page, click here.
Step 2: Click on the "Create App" button and for most business you will select the "Manage Business Integrations" option.
Step 3: Type in your App name such as the business name you are creating the App for and all other info.
After that it will create your App which will allow you to enable all other Facebook products.
