When doing a YouTube Shot embed, make sure you are viewing a "Shorts". Click on the Share icon and pay close attnetion to the URL, as the URl should contain "shorts" in it for it to work properly. See screenshot below for a visual. You can use YouTube icon on the editor on a CMS Max website to paste that link in which will automatically create the embed.
