On all pages types throughout the CMS Max admin panel, you will see options for No Index and No Follow.

No Index: This means that we will block the page from being indexed into Google, crawled and blocked from being added to the XML Sitemap.
Example scenario: You might have an employee only page that you want users to access, only if they know that URL but not have it be found anywhere on Google.

No Follow: This means that all links on the page will not be followed on the page.
Example scenario: You might have a page that is similar to a directory, where you might have a lot of external links that take you off the website. This may be considered spammy and a good idea to tell Google not to follow the links. Google guideline on Link spam is here.
